KSM GREENMET RESOURCES LTD (formerly Hydromet India Limited) is a pioneer industry in India, set up for the manufacture of Copper Cathodes, Copper Sulphate, Nickel Cathodes, Nickel Sulphate, Zinc Sulphate and other non-ferrous metal products. The project commenced production in the year 1997. Our plant is located at Kancheepuram on the National Highway connecting Chennai to Bangalore.
The company has evolved from a family with over 50 years of experience in the Non-Ferrous Metal Business and more than 30 years in International Trading in metals. This vast experience in trading various secondary raw materials and our long-term vision enabled us to transform from a family business into a corporate entity in 1994.
Our promoters foresaw an urgent need for in-house, environmentally sound recycling solutions in India — for the various generators and customers they were trading with globally. This insight provided a tremendous growth opportunity and tremendous value addition in producing finished products from the raw materials already being handled.
KSM GREENMET RESOURCES LTD made a conscious effort by using Solvent Extraction Technology — for the first time in India — for successful separation of various metals.
